IISIS
An appeal to the united states and the world

On May 25, 1961, John F. Kennedy addressed a joint session of Congress and challenged his nation to put a man on the moon within the close of the decade. On July 20, 1969, Kennedy's challenge was fulfilled.
Today, I issue an appeal for the United States and the world at large. The fulfillment of this challenge is essential to establishing greater peace on earth, for facilitating harmony between nations, ethnic groups, diverse races and religious groups.
The challenge is to prove reincarnation using scientific methods, such as DNA analysis, which may show that certain portions of DNA sequencing are unique to an incarnating soul. Reincarnation cases demonstrate that facial features remain consistent from one lifetime to another. This observation suggests that the soul provides an energy template that the body forms around. Just as an orthopedic doctor utilizes a bone stimulator to shape bone, it appears that the soul projects an energy template that shapes the body and in particular, facial features. This template may also program certain portions of our DNA.
Additional analyses, such as linguistic analysis for authors, musical patterns for composers and behavioral for performance artists, such as comedians and actors, would also be employed. Only when the reality of reincarnation is demonstrated objectively will a brotherhood of man be truly created.
Cases presented in Return of the Revolutionaries and Born Again, in particular the independently researched reincarnation cases, are compelling. For those sympathetic and open to reincarnation, these cases may suffice to establish the knowledge that reincarnation is the way that the human being evolves, and that we can change race, religion, gender and religious affiliation from lifetime to lifetime. For those who are skeptical or close-minded, greater proof is needed.
In 1530, Copernicus published De Revolutionibus, in which he asserted that the earth orbited around the sun. This was truly revolutionary, as up until this time, humanity believed that the earth was the center of the universe, and that the sun traveled around the earth.
Galileo Galilei used telescopic observations of heavenly bodies to validate the hypothesis of Copernicus. In 1632, Galileo published Dialogue Concerning the Two Chief World Systems, which supported the theory of Copernicus and proclaimed that the earth traveled around the sun. Christian authorities had previously issued an injunction preventing anyone from defending Copernican doctrine, as these religious authorities believed that the sun revolved around the earth, that the earth was the center of the universe, and they did not want their belief systems tampered with.
For writing Dialogue, Galileo was brought before the Roman Inquisition. Galileo was forced to recant his beliefs in Copernican theory. He was also sentenced to life imprisonment, which was commuted to indefinite house arrest. Despite the attempt of religious authorities to suppress the truth, Galileo's support of Copernicus led to the birth of modern astronomy.
Today, we need a new breed of Galileos, individuals who will take up the torch in the name of peace, who will strive to prove reincarnation scientifically, so that our age may become enlightened.
Consider how the world would be changed if everyone knew reincarnation was true. Knowing that we will be returning to planet earth, that we may incarnate in any religion, racial or ethnic group on the planet, we would strive to ensure that we are reborn in a world that is peaceful, evolved and environmentally viable.
To further advance the ideal of creating a more peaceful and advanced world, we have created a non-profit named the Institute for the Integration of Science, Intuition and Spirit (IISIS). The goals of IISIS are as follows:
A. Archive cases that feature objective evidence of reincarnation, including image comparisons, personality analyses, karmic groupings of individuals in families, linguistic analyses, etc. A formal linguistic analysis, which demonstrates that writing style stays structurally the same from one lifetime to another, which involves the case of John B. Gordon/Jeff Keene, is featured in Return of the Revolutionaries and Born Again.
B. Develop biochemical/biophysical tests that may prove reincarnation scientifically. This would involve comparing tissue samples from one incarnation to another, and may involve DNA fingerprinting and other techniques.
C. Create a "think tank" of mediums and psychics who can access spiritual sources that can help solve problems facing humanity. Kevin Ryerson's spirit guide, Ahtun Re, has demonstrated the ability to make accurate past life matches. Spirit guides can be evaluated for abilities to help humanity in a variety of areas.
D. Enhance human evolution through a better understanding of reincarnation and life between lifetimes.
E. Use objective evidence of reincarnation to promote peace in the world and prevent violence based on false separation--separation founded on differences in religion, race, and ethnic affiliation.

There are a number of ways that individuals may help us in actualizing these goals.
1. Scientists may theorize methods in which reincarnation may be
proven by comparing tissue samples from one lifetime to another. As funding becomes available, experiments may be conducted.
2. Individuals who have knowledge of past lives that involve objective evidence of reincarnation can submit their cases to IISIS, which will be assessed and stored in an archive. Cases will be selected for publication or posting on an IISIS web site.3. Hypothesized reincarnation cases can be submitted for evaluation. Cases that are considered valid may be selected for publication or posting on an IISIS web site.
3. Those with financial resources or those with fundraising capabilities may provide assistance with funding research.

Dale S. Ironson, Ph.D.
Dr. Ironson is a management consultant in Silicon Valley working with leaders to help create high performance organizations. His extensive experience includes working as a senior consultant in Fortune 500 high technology companies in the areas of management and leadership development, organization development including large-scale change, product development and high performance teamwork. He serves as a coach to leaders on how use their intuition and their inner resources and power more effectively in their daily lives and work within organizations.
In addition, Dr. Ironson has written a column on enhancing creativity for International Television Magazine, contributed to a book entitled Learning Journeys: Top Management Experts Share Hard Earned Lessons on Becoming Great Mentors and Leaders, published by Davies-Black in 2000, and serves as a co-investigator on a grant from the John Templeton Foundation to study Spiritual Transformation in people facing life threatening illnesses.
Academically Dr. Ironson has been an Associate Professor of Psychology and taught a course on the Psychology of Consciousness At Franklin Pierce College in New Hampshire, was academic director of external degree programs at the Institute for Transpersonal Psychology in California, taught served on the board of advisors for John F. Kennedy University’s Organizational Management and Leadership program, and has given guest lectures at Stanford University’s school of business.
Wayne Stanford Peterson
Mr. Peterson graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, with a major in International Relations. He is also a graduate of the Foreign Service Institute used by State Department diplomats.
Mr. Peterson became a Peace Corps Volunteer immediately after completing his college work and was sent to Brazil for a two-year assignment. There, he worked to create the first privately funded welfare program in Brazil which today functions across the country and is supported by municipal governments. Upon completing this work, Mr. Peterson was appointed to the U.S. Foreign Service in 1967 by the President of the United States and was confirmed by the U.S. Senate. He then returned to work in Brazil as a diplomat with the American Embassy in that country. His diplomatic career eventually included assignments in South America, Africa and East Asia.
In 1980 Mr. Peterson resigned from the Foreign Service Corps and entered the U.S. Civil Service. He was a policy officer for the United States Information Agency (USIA) and later a manager of economic programs with the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of that agency. USIA was an independent agency of the White House. Mr. Peterson spent his last 14 years in government service as a Director of the Fulbright Scholarship Program that funds an exchange of scholars worldwide.
In 1997 Mr. Peterson retired from government service and moved to Henderson, Nevada. There he wrote his book, Extraordinary Times, Extraordinary Beings, that tells of his personal experiences with Maitreya and the various spiritual Masters of Wisdom. Since then, he has lectured across the United States, Canada, and Europe on the Masters, esoteric wisdom and the evolution of the soul.
Kevin Ryerson
Kevin Ryerson, author, lecturer, award winning consultant, expert intuitive, futurist and trance channel in the tradition of Edgar Cayce and Jane Roberts, is well known in the field of parapsychology. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Intuition Network for eight years. He is the former vice-president of the California Society for Psychical Studies. He has offered numerous seminars, national and international retreats, and intensives. Mr. Ryerson authored Spirit Communication: The Soul's Path, a landmark book on the topic of channeling. Walter Semkiw, MD, MPH
Dr. Semkiw is a Board Certified Occupational Medicine physician, practicing in San Francisco. Previously, he served as Medical Director for Unocal 76, a Fortune 500 oil company. In that position, he supervised the operations of two clinics, as well as numerous physicians in remote locations.
His undergraduate years were spent at the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, where he majoring in biology and graduated Phi Beta Kappa and with University Honors. After obtaining his medical degree at the University of Illinois, Chicago, he trained in psychiatry at the University of Colorado, Denver. He subsequently entered an Occupational Medicine residency at the University of Illinois, Chicago, where he earned a Masters of Public Health (MPH) degree. In this program, he studied epidemiology and biostatistics, disciplines concerned with establishing scientific proofs. On his Occupational Medicine board examination, he scored in the 99th percentile.
Dr. Semkiw is the author of Return of the Revolutionaries: The Case for Reincarnation and Soul Groups Reunited, in which he compiles independently researched reincarnation cases, as well as cases solved through Kevin Ryerson. In Revolutionaries, a cohort reincarnated from the time of the American Revolution is identified. Neurosurgeon Norm Shealy, MD, PhD, inventor of the TENS Unit and Dorsal Column Stimulator, has endorsed Return of the Revolutionaries, stating, “For the survival of humanity, this is the most important book written in 2000 years.”
Dr. Semkiw is also the author of Born Again: Reincarnation Cases Involving International Celebrities, India’s Political Legends and Film Stars. Born Again has received widespread media attention in India and Dr. Semkiw was featured on CNN in March 2006. Born Again has been commented on by The President of India, Abdul Kalam, and by Shah Rukh Kahn, one of India’s greatest film and television stars. Born Again features Barbro Karlen as the reincarnation of Anne Frank. Other cases featured in Born Again include the reincarnation cases of Picasso, Gauguin and Laurel & Hardy. A new version of Born Again will be released in Serbia in October 2008.
Dr. Semkiw has been an invited speaker at the first two World Congresses on Regression Therapy, held in the Netherlands and India, and he has also presented in Australia. He has presented at the Conscious Life Expo, New Life Expo, Learning Annex, Lillydale, Power Place Travels and North Atlanta Unity Church. Dr. Semkiw serves on the Board of Directors for the International Association of Regression Research and Therapies (IARRT), the Intuition Network and he serves on the advisory board of the Sha Research Foundation, which is dedicated to the investigation of holistic healing modalities for acute, chronic and fatal diseases.
Michael Tamura
Michael J Tamura enjoys a worldwide reputation as a gifted spiritual teacher and healer who has inspired thousands of men, women and children through his seminars, consulting, writing and media appearances. Clairvoyant since childhood, Rev.
