As mentioned in the Kamen/Franklin case, a number of reincarnation matches were solved by Ahtun Re, a spirit guide channeled through Kevin Ryerson, the trance medium featured in a number of Shirley MacLaine's books.

Another case solved in this manner involves the match of David Rittenhouse and Carl Sagan. I was studying a number of political revolutionaries who had helped edit the pamphlet, "Common Sense." One of these editors was Rittenhouse. In a session with Kevin Ryerson, I asked Ahtun Re whether Rittenhouse had reincarnated in modern times. Ahtun Re told be me that David Rittenhouse had reincarnated as the late Carl Sagan.

I was surprised at this pairing, as I didn't understand why a political revolutionary would reincarnate as a world famous astronomer. In general, people tend to have similar interests from lifetime lifetime, so the match didn't seem to make sense.

Later, I learned that David Rittenhouse was actually America's first astronomer. He was an instrument maker who built the first telescope in America and he created the first replica of the solar system, which was called an orrery. I then found that the facial architecture of Rittenhouse and Sagan matched in an uncanny way. Overall, the Rittenhouse/Sagan match is one of my favorites, as it not only shows how facial architecture and passions remain consistent, but this case demonstrates Ahtun Re's ability to make accurate past life matches.
